Impact 1987–2026
Thirty-nine years, one community at a time
Our Work

Our Story
Founded in 1987, still on the ground
Chhavi Health & Educational Society is a registered NGO working at the grassroots on healthcare, education and social awareness for underserved communities. We have delivered across nine states — Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Ladakh and West Bengal — in partnership with local communities, schools and government health bodies.
Our Journey
Founded in Delhi with a focus on community health and education.
Expanded into community health camps, mobile dispensaries and school health programmes.
Programmes delivered in association with the Directorate of Health Services, Government of NCT of Delhi, and the Delhi State AIDS Control Society.
Registered under 12A and CSR-1, and rebuilding programme delivery with corporate partners.
What We Stand For
To improve the quality of life of underserved communities through accessible healthcare, education, and awareness — delivered directly, in the places people live.
- On-ground delivery since 1987 — health camps run, communities reached, not paperwork filed.
- Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, with 12A and CSR-1 (CSR00100336) registration, so CSR spend routed here is compliant and audit-ready.
- Delivery experience across nine states, concentrated in Delhi NCR.
- A track record with the Directorate of Health Services, Delhi Government, and the Delhi State AIDS Control Society.

Partner With CHES
Three ways to work with us
CHES is a registered implementation partner for corporate CSR programmes in health, education and community awareness. Choose the mode that fits your budget cycle.
Fund a Programme
A CSR grant funding a health camp, awareness drive or school health initiative end to end. We deliver, document, and report back with reach figures and photographs.
First Aid & Fire Safety Training
Delivered for your own workforce, or sponsored for a community. A service rendered rather than a donation — it can be commissioned without waiting on a CSR budget cycle.
Employee Engagement
Your staff join a CHES camp for a day. The lowest-commitment starting point, and the most common way a long-term corporate relationship begins.
What happens after you enquire
- Your enquiry reaches Dr. Sanjeev Arora and Raghav Anand directly — not a shared inbox.
- We respond within 2 working days to understand your CSR priorities and timelines.
- We share a programme proposal with costs, delivery plan and expected reach.
Common Questions
Answers before you have to ask
Can our CSR spend be routed to CHES?
Yes. CHES holds CSR-1 registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (CSR00100336), which is the registration a company needs its implementing agency to have under the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules. Registration documents are on our credentials page.
What is the minimum programme size?
There is no fixed floor. A single-day health camp and a multi-camp annual programme are both workable — tell us the budget you have and we will scope to it rather than the other way round.
What reporting do we receive?
A completion report for every funded programme: date, location, number of people reached, services delivered, and photographs. Supplied in a format you can attach to your own CSR disclosure.
How long does it take to arrange a camp?
Typically two to four weeks from agreement, depending on location, permissions and the clinical staffing required.
Who will we be dealing with?
Dr. Sanjeev Arora and Raghav Anand handle partner relationships directly.

Support Our Work
Every camp is funded by someone
Individual contributions fund the things a CSR grant rarely covers — medicines for a camp that ran over, transport for a mobile dispensary, materials for an awareness drive.
Indian donors only. CHES is not registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and cannot accept contributions from foreign sources. Any such contribution received will be returned.
CHES holds provisional 12A registration. No claim is made here regarding donor deductions.
